Packing Up

It's been my most difficult year of teaching.

And somehow, I think it's going to be the hardest year to say goodbye.

When is your last day? Our last day with students is May 24th. We have been organizing and putting together orders for next year. We have alot of kids going on to kindergarten this year, so that will be hard to say good bye to them. Not as hard as it was in Wooster and I had been with some of them for 3 years. This has only been a year at Orrville, so next year it will be worse.
Did you find out anything about maybe teaching preschool or kindergarten?
Hopefully next year goes smoother for you. I just put my applications in at Orrville City and Wooster City Schools. Karen applied for the Multi-Handicapped elementary classroom at Cornerstone, which is filled with All kids that we have had in our class before. She has an interview on Wednesday and is soooooo excited. She told me to GET MY application in there ASAP cuz there are 2 Aides in each of those classrooms and they are always looking for people. Wooster pays the most of any schools around here too.
So...wish all of us luck in the next year, YOU, ME, and KAREN!!!!!
Have a great last few weeks with your kids and hope your Cinco de Mayo celebration is all that you hoped it would be!!!!!!

We are having so much Cinco de Mayo fun, it's loco! The kids are driving me crazy. It makes me mad sometimes that we can't do anything fun without them going totally bonkers.
